Come enjoy your weekend in this yoga and climbing retreat. This weekend will teach you the proper skills to get out and climb, along with a yoga program intended to enhance your mental focus and awareness. Learn the skills you need from the pros and practice your breathing and mindfulness hundreds of feet in the air!

Day 1: Friday (May 17th, 2019)
You will arrive at the campground, sign paperwork, get any rental gear, and establish your camp. Campfire will begin as soon as the sunlight disappears behind the mountains.
Day 2: Saturday (May 18th, 2019)
You will wake up to a fresh-cooked breakfast and coffee or tea. You will prepare your lunch for the day and depart to the Alabama Hills for morning yoga. Thereafter, you will split into groups and go with your guide for a day of climbing instruction. You will return to camp, enjoy some wine or tea and appetizers while dinner is prepared, and then enjoy the campfire and the company of new friends.
Day 3: Sunday (May 19th, 2019)
You will wake up to a fresh-cooked breakfast and coffee or tea. Those of you departing on Sunday can take down tents or pack up. You will prepare your lunch for the day and then depart to the Alabama Hills for morning yoga. You will be split into groups and go with your guide for a day of climbing instruction. Those who wish to stay on Sunday night will have the campground available for your use.
Suitable for all ability levels, our guides will make sure you get the most out of the day depending on what aspects you want to work on. Free camping available.
Throughout the retreat, you will be served fresh meals for your breakfasts, appetizers, drinks, and dinner on Saturday night, as well as sack lunches to take to the crag. Whitney Base Camp & Climbing School are able to accommodate most diets, so please contact them for specific dietary requirements.
