Having lived in Lone Pine for nearly a decade, Amy has spent thousands of hours exploring all that the area has to offer. Amy Ness – Founder & Guide

Amy has over ten years’ experience climbing and hiking locally and internationally, including Yosemite, Patagonia, Bolivia, Peru, New Zealand, Australia, South China, and Thailand. Her passion is for the Lone Pine area, and exposing others to the wonders of the Southern Sierra. Climbing both rock and snow, slacklining, and trail running are part of her everyday life. Amy has appeared on REI online and has done media rigging and scouting for Django Unchained, Running Wild with Bear Grills, Epic TV, and local indie film projects.

Trevor Anthes – Guide

Trevor has been rock climbing, ice climbing, skiing, and mountain rambling for over two decades in the Sierra. He knows the area very well, and knows the skills to travel around even better. His fun, down-to-earth demeanor make him easy to work with and his Leave No Trace ethic and safety-first mindset make him the perfect Whitney Basecamp instructor!

Myles Moser – Assistant Guide

Anyone who has watched Myles climb will tell you that he is a natural. Since the age of 15, Myles has been climbing — almost half his life. His experience shows. His climbing movements, whether on delicate features or dynamic jumping, are exactly what each route requires. Myles’ knowledge of the Alabama Hills rivals anyone’s, and his innovative route development skills make him the ideal guide for our clients. Having established several long, difficult climbs in some of the most challenging environments in the world, Myles has an intimate knowledge with aid and big-wall techniques. Fun, silly, and extremely competent, Myles is a great attribute to any Lone Pine experience.
